Q1: How can I track my order?

You can track your orders using the tracking code sent to your email when you place your order. If you're facing any issues, email us back and we will update you on the status.

 

Delivery Time

Q1: When will my order be delivered?

This depends on the location of delivery. Orders can take between 1 to 3 weeks to deliver.
We are constantly working to speed up delivery times!

Q2: Do I need to collect it myself?

All orders are delivered to the exact address you have added while placing your order.

Q3: Is there same-day delivery?

We are currently unable to offer same-day delivery but will work towards it in the future.

Q4: How will I know when my order is delivered?

Once your order is delivered, we will send you an email confirming the same.

Q1: What are the available payment options?

We accept Paypal, all major credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay

Q2: At what stage is the payment processed?

Payments are processed after you have confirmed your shipping address and added your payment details.

Q1: How can I use my coupon code?

If you have a coupon code, you can paste the code while checking out, the discounts will auto-applied.

Q2: How can I get a discount code?

As our products are reasonably priced, we don't give away a lot of discount codes, but from time to time, we offer discounts to our members through email, so make sure you sign up!

 

Shipping Charges

Q1: Do you offer FREE shipping?

Yes! We are currently offering FREE shipping for all orders!

Q2: How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes between 7-14 days.
Some unexpected delays may be caused due to the pandemic;
We assure you that if your package does not arrive safely, our team will make sure to refund / replace your order.

Q3: Do you ship worldwide?

No :( We are currently only shipping to Malaysia, US, UK, Australia, Singapore, and all European countries. - Coming to the rest of the world very berry soon!

 

Cancel or Modify My Order Order Canceled Order Invoice Return / Exchanges

Q1: Can I cancel / change my order?

We can accept cancellations or changes in your order at any time before the order is shipped out. If the order is already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

Q2: I changed my mind. Can I return an item after opening the package?

We accept returns as long as we receive a return request within 30 days of your receipt of the item. The item will need to be returned in its original packaging, in an unused and resellable condition. Customers need to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Shipping will not be refunded)

Q3: I received the wrong product / My product is damaged!

Make sure you let us know about this on support@nomadsupplystore.co within 30 days of receiving your order!
Our team will make sure to solve any issues, and if approved, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Full refund to your payment method
(b) Refund as in-store credit
(c) A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Q4: Is there a returns deadline?

Yes, all returns need to be initiated within 30 days of delivery of the product to you. Reach out to us at support@nomadsupplystore.co, and we will guide you from there.

Q3: What material are the mats made of?

Our mats are made of Premium PU Leather and stitched with 100% cotton threading. PU leather, or polyurethane leather, is made of a thermoplastic polymer. 100% PU leather is entirely artificial and is considered vegan.

We provide 30 day money back to all our customers. Please refer to our refund policy for more details

Q5: Is there a lot of friction on the mat, or does it glide well?

The mats have a smooth, comfortable-to-touch feel and work seamlessly with any wireless or wired mouse.

Q6: How to clean my Nomad desk mat?

Easily in 4 steps!

Step 1: Clean your desk mat with a slightly damp cloth with diluted sanitizer when necessary.

Step 2: To remove light stains, use a clean cloth dipped in soapy water.

Step 3: Allow the fabric to dry naturally without direct exposure to heat or sunlight.

Step 4: Protect the mat from stubborn materials such as oil, grease, and ink.
